IHOP

Compared to the IHOPs in Arizona this was the most amazing restaurant. Everything from the location to the staff were spot on. The GM is the greatest lady.

I get to the front door with their lights on and their lobby completely empty at 3am for my meal break for work and was told I'm sorry we are only doing door dash orders.

Terrible experience, me and my friend ordered a waffle and avocado toast. Took a whole hour and 4 drinks later to get it. Food was cold. Everyone in there was having the same issue. Not to mention a fly on my waffle. I understand things happen but this was ridiculous

Love going to IHOP, normally. This visit was pretty bad. The place was a mess. Our sever was clearly flustered. In no means was anything her fault. She admitted that multiple people walked out. Red flag. We had dirty dishes. And the cherry on top was a hair in my beloved hash-browns. That is where I draw the line. Of course the server didn’t know how to react. But the manager was very unapologetic. Could have done more to keep our business. We ended up leaving. Doubt we will ever come back to this location.

Upon entering, I waited 10 minutes before a hostess came to add me to the waiting list and was told 15-20 minutes to wait. After 30 minutes of waiting, I asked the hostess about seating and was told it 15-20 minutes, then upon reminding her that I was already on the list, it was discovered I was marked off. I was immediately seated with the waitress, being very friendly and tentative but did not take the order correctly. I chose not to complain but rather just eat and leave. This place is extremely busy and seats about half of their capability, assuming a lack of help. I'll not rule out a return, but it will definitely be a while.
