IHOP

The hostess a young lady who also was clearing tables was sweet and kind. She sat my sister and I with a wonderful smile as we waited for our server. In less than 1 minute another young lady named Christina, stopped and asked what we would like to drink. As I watched her, she was taking care of eight maybe nine tables all at once. Bravo to you Christina . Are food was very very good, fresh, hot and just the way we ordered it. The service was Excellent and our server was exceptional!!! Every table she Christina approached she did so with a smile and listened to everything that everybody had to say intently. All the customers at the tables I watched smiled when she approached, that says a lot about who she. Great job IHOP, you have a keeper in her. Thank you for a wonderful experience at your IHOP it was worth the drive. Christina, keep up the great and positive attitude, you truly make a difference. Came in at 4:00am and was told by the female working there that they are closed due to the chef having to leave… yet the lights were on and doors were opened… unprofessional

I went here today and left after an hour with no food. All of the people that were sat after us got their food, ate it and left and we still had not gotten our order. We asked to speak to a manager and when she got to our table our server ran up to her and said “Their food is ready but they don’t want it.” What do you mean our food is ready? Then where is it? How long has it been ready and sitting out? We only ordered a waffle with a side of hash browns and an omelette. They were steady but not slammed. There were several open tables and lots of workers so they were not short staffed. Don’t know what the problem was but definitely will not be return this location. Honestly probably won’t return to any location again.

Can get busy and crowded, food service is slow but the staff is nice. food is what you expect from and Ihop.

I go there for breakfast and I always get the sampler good food my waitress is a very lovely lady who knows her job . I love this place and my waitress food job I HOP...
