Sent wrong item numerous times. Don't get the eggs Benedict! Update: after getting correct poached eggs for eggs Benedict orders for a couple times, today 4/6/24 I was sent everything wrong. Overcooked fried eggs instead of poached cold& strawberry crepes instead of cinnamon as ordered which is inedible due to an allergy. Strawberries were not shown on either 3rd party sites nor IHOP site for this item either . It's clear they haven't properly retrained this cook that is putting fast orders over lives and in turn, pushing away return customers. I want what I paid for As a cook myself , this is unacceptable and it shows management has not fixed the problem or even noted it at all.

I recently visited an IHOP that I’ve been frequenting since my childhood. This time, however, the experience was rather bittersweet. The service and food quality were inconsistent, which was a first for me at this establishment. The customer service was unpredictable. As for the food, it was a hit or miss. The burgers were flavorful, but the pancakes left much to be desired. They tasted stale, and the strawberries that accompanied them were evidently frozen, not fresh. The cleanliness of the restaurant was another issue. There was an odd smell lingering in the air, and certain areas were uncomfortably cold. While the pricing was reasonable, the quality of the food did not justify the cost. This was a disappointing experience, especially considering my fond memories of this place.
