The 103rd St.Manager- " Gerald is warm & welcoming as always - he is a true joy, but today we had a new Server named "Neka" ...she welcomed us with a warm smile and made us feel like she was "glad" that we came in to patronize their restaurant. She was very attentive and caring -Neka is a breathe of fresh air! Hopefully Ihop will see the value of their employees and reward those that are so dedicated! Thank you Neka / Gerald for a great encounter. ❤️

Dirty horrible place, horrible food. Avoid if possible.

Food was just barely warm, hardly saw our server. Was not ordered refills on drinks. My daughter in law asked for her food to be remade because it was cold when she got it, she only got to eat her pancakes (they were slightly warm so she kept them) the rest of her food never came out. They did take it off our ticket, but seriously. I don't think we will be visiting this one again.

Good Evening I Took My Congregation Of 28 To IHOP Last Night At 9:50 And Only 1/4 Of My Congregation Didn't Get Served Their Food Until 10:50. Then At About 11:20Another 1/4Of My Congregation Got Served Half Cooked Food And 5 Of My People Never Received Their Food At All. The IHOP Staff Started To Serve Other People That Came An Hour After We Did. I Am Highly Disappointed At The Ridiculously Poor Service And Terrible AttitudesThat We Received At The IHOP On 103rd Street Location. I Will Not Ever Go Back There Again And I Will Let Others Know Not To Patron There As Well

Had an early dinner with my son and daughter. Nika was wonderful! I can't say enough about her. Awesome. Very attentive, kind and pleasant to speak with. We will absolutely eat there again. Parking: Parking available everywhere Kid-friendliness: Nika was very accommodating to my ASD 5 year old. She treated him with kindness and understanding. Always cheerful while speaking with him.
