I went this morning for a breakfast with my wife and Step son. The waitress was very nice. However, we waited 20 minutes to get in, 45 minutes for our food, which arrived cold, the biscuits were burnt on one side and raw dough on the inside. The sides arrived 10 minutes after, then another 10 minutes after that. We asked for the manager, and by the time the assistant manager got there the rest of our food still hadn't arrived. I explained that my pregnant wife will not be eating this, the food was atrocious, and that I waited to explain this person to person instead of walking out. The assistant manager understood, and we went about our business. I have one final complaint. The waitress which was sweet until this point, had stated verbatim "Now The manager is going to take this out of my pay". Let me explain something as a customer. 1. This will not happen. 2. I don't need you to try and make me feel guilty about not accepting bad food or service. 3. The fact that you had the nerve to day this in front of customers is beyond me. Which was hysterical at best, because seconds later the table next to us Also complained about raw biscuits and cold food. To the assistant manager, For future reference, telling me that "the kitchen was backed up because of Uber orders" that's not an excuse. There's Uber time frame, and in-house customer time frame. If I wait 20 minutes to sit down, and wait 45 minutes to eat, and all my food Still isn't there, you're the Problem. Time Management and Customer Priority. This was Ridiculous.
