IHOP

This restaurant has the most wonderful servers,one is named Phillip. He is way above anyone I've ever seen in a waiter position. His personality and the way he interacts with each and every person that comes in the door is exceptional. Then we have Dana who is absolutely above any server my sister and I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She has become almost a part of our family. Our food is always still hot when it gets to the table and no matter how busy they get they continue to check back every so often and make sure we don't need anything else. I sure hope management knows what a blessing they are to the IHOP in Hiram. I will have to say there have been in the past a few iffy things I've ordered but now that the COVID-19 stress is over and they have plenty of kitchen help the food has been Great and I love the new menu items..! Go Mo, Marissa, Mariella,Sean and all the others that are helping to put Hiram IHOP back on the map as a great place to dine!!!

Food was cold, but service was OK as we had 6 in our party so it was a little overwhelming for the waitress to be on top of the sevice!!!

Our waiter was Phillip. He was very professional and friendly and the food was great. Very clean. and Kid friendly Highly recommend.

I placed a take out order and I stood at the front waiting for someone to come and greet me. No one came up to the front, I had to walk to the back where multiple employees including a manager were sitting down on their phones talking and laughing to ask for my food. Waitress was some what nice but seemed inconvenienced by having to get up. Did apologize for wait, seems unprofessional seeing as there was no one in the restaurant but one family.

The server was super friendly and the food was great!

So many food choices! The servers were so kind. I was there with my three grandchildren 14, 10 and 5. The server listened to their questions and treated them respectfully. It made my day. We had a drink spill and the manager jumped right in to help. She wouldn't let us help her with the mess. Kid-friendliness: They were great!

Really take too long to get food to go
