I never sat in and ate. I usually order and pick up my steak tips. They're so good with the onions and mushrooms with double hashbrowns. The hostess is always friendly, and I don't get push back when I ask for more than 1 A1 sauce.
As you would expect, it's very busy Sunday, late morning. I had a IHOP N Go order that I set for a future time the night before, and it still wasn't ready at the time requested. There long spurts where the receptionist/ cashier wasn't at the front to receive people but when she was there she worked efficiently and quickly. The biggest problem is parking. It is a madhouse! At the time of day I went (around 11 a.m.) there weren't enough spaces to handle the flux of people coming in and out. Also, drivers (I'm guessing to-go patrons) would just park anywhere in front of the restaurant, not considerate of the cars coming in and causing lots of chaos within the lot. I circled the building for 6 minutes before I was able to find a place to park. Also a part of the street around the restaurant is one way. At one point, one of the same cars that caused chaos by just parking in the street, decided to go the wrong way down the one way street making another car have to back out into the area where cars are trying to turn into the restaurant. For this reason, I would only recommend coming to this location when you know it's not as busy. It's located next to a Holiday Inn Express, which I believe also contributed to the parking issue. The prices compared to other IHOPs is good and my order was done accurately and well.
