IHOP

The worst service at this place. We waited more than 45 minutes for the food to be served, then they brought it incomplete and another 10 minutes for the pancakes. The manager, the waitress and the hostess yelling at each other in front of the customers. All the customers were upset and left the place without being able to eat. A real disaster. I will never come back to this place again

It's IHOP. What more could they offer, innovate or rejuvenate than the constant rehash (pun intended) of their tried and true palid offerings? 5/5 because we work nights and although I would kill for Kiki's, it's just not possible for me to wake up early enough to get there while they're open. So, IHOP it is! Either here or Denny's and I think we all know who the winner would be in a pancake cage-match.

I love IHOP, BUT TODAY IT. WE WAITED TO BE SEATED FOR 15 MIN. WE NOTICED THERE WERE TWO WAITERS ONLY IN THE RESTAURANT & 3 COOKS. TRY HOLDING UP YOUR PHONE FOR 15 OR EVEN 2 MINUTES W/O LOOKING AT IT AND SEE HOW LONG IT FEELS. THE WAITER WAS VERY POLITE AND TOOK THE ORDER. WE WAITED FOR 45 MINUTES AFTER SHE PLACED THE ORDER, IT GOT BUSY REAL FAST. SHE ALREADY WAS SERVING 3 TABLES + OURS = 4. ONE OF THEM HAD 10 ADULTS AND 2 TOTS/KIDS. STILL, WAITER CONTINUED TO BE VERY POLITE THROUGH IT ALL. MY POINT: IT WASN'T THE WAITERS FAULT SHE JUST DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO OFFER MORE WATER, NAPKINS, NO SYRUP ON THE TABLE, OR IS EVERYTHING OKAY AGAIN, STILL NOT THE WAITERS FAULT. HER JOB IS WHAT PAY HER BILLS, PUT CLOTHES ON HER BACK, AND FOOD ON THE TABLE. AGAIN MY POINT: A VERY WELL-KNOWN PANCAKE AND BREAKFAST RESTAURANT AND MAKES MILLIONS $$$$$. CAN'T YA'LL GIVE YOUR WAITERS MORE HELP. CAUSE IF SHE DOESN'T GET ANY TIPS, I BELIEVE IT'S NOT THE WAITER'S FAULT FOR ALL THE ABOVE. MEANING, THAT FOOD COMES LATE, THE SERVER CAN'T BRING MORE WATER, ETC. ACCOMMODATE YOUR CUSTOMERS SHE MIGHT NOT EVEN GET A TIP. PLEASE, THIS IS NOT THE ONLY RESTAURANT THAT DOES THIS. JUST ACCOMMODATE YOUR EMPLOYEES TO BE APPRECIATED BY YOUR CUSTOMERS. YOU GET PAID EITHER WAY, BUT THE SERVER MIGHT NOT RECEIVE THEIR TIPS. TO BAD I DIDN'T GET HER NAME, CAUSE SHE WAS DOING A HELL OF A GOOD JOB KEEPING HER PATIENCE, POSTER, AND POLITENESS WITH CUSTOMERS. HAVE A BLESSED DAY, AND RECOGNIZE YOUR EMPLOYEES, THEY ARE THE BACKBONE OF YOUR BUSINESS. I LOVE IHOP

Nice and quiet

I have been going to this IHOP(Hallandale) for years. I always get the Colorado omelet and today (my goodness) the cook Kobe... did our food excellent. Thank you, Kobe. Sorry, I don't remember the waitress name however, she was awesome.

Muy rica la comida pero el fin de semana en este especificame se demoran muchísimo

Sat in hangover row. Staff was attentive and very courteous! Coffee served in less than a minute and breakfast very quickly after ordering. Can't go wrong with country fried steak and eggs! Food was hot and the plate was cool to the touch! Great service!
