I was not pleased that my order was incorrect. But what made me even more upset was that they expected me to drive all the way back to their store to make the order over (not refund me) or they'll add a "side credit" to my number (as if they are really going to honor it whenever I do decide to return). In addition, I think they were pocketing money. I tried ordering online first and for whatever reason it would not process/complete. So I called to place the order and it was a higher amount than what it would've been online and it was an even amount (no change), and my receipt only had the total, no breakdown/individual price listed.
I think I am done going to this location. The customer service is always terrible and I'm just coming in to pick up my orders. This last time I went about 5 people that work there were just standing around talking....no one asked if I needed help, if I was dining in, or anything. I waited 5 mins before the young lady waiting tables came over to speak to me. Why is she working the tables and the front. What happened to the greeter or the person that stays in the front? They had this young lady doing every thing and those 5 people were just standing in the front of the dining area talking. On top of that. I get the food home and everyone's bacon was burnt.. and my eggs were burnt. This is the second time they have burned eggs. How do you burn eggs and still serve them. They didn't have the burnt side showing, so I didn't know they were burned u til I got home. I will post pictures of two separate times that they have burned my eggs. I am done. I would normally go back but these two particular times I didn't have the time to go back to the restaurant.
Breakfast this morning was quiet it was clean. The waitress was very nice knowledgeable and fast.
Zyon was a great server. He was very attentive and provided great service. Also, the cinnamon dippers were tasty and only for $1 with an omelette. Kid-friendliness: They have more options for kids on the kid's menu.
placed a order for TWO pancakes at 2:10. it said that they would be ready by 2:32. arrived at 2:34 and was told that it would be ready in 10-15 minutes .. came back in at 2:50 and the pancakes still weren’t done & no one was at the front counter to help so i left. i could have cooked 3x that amount of pancakes from 2:10-2:50. i will not be returning but i will be asking for a refund.
