That's what you get for 18$, over price, thinking we are all idiots place

I have nothing nice to say about this location. We have been there a couple of times, and I have yet to be able to eat the food. The service is terrible. Super slow. Each time, we were seated within 10 minutes of walking in because they were not crazy busy like some get. The first time, we waited over an hour for food and had to cancel the order because we had to leave to be somewhere else. This time, February 17. We were seated, and 20 minutes later, there was still no server. All the tables around us that came in after us got service. I highly recommend not going here. We said something to the manager with no resolve, so we left. This place doesn't deserve your money because servers are slow and don't care. We did ask a couple of servers if they would wait on us, and the said hold on walked away and waited on the people who were just sat after us. They all are terrible.

As always a menu full of my favorite high cholesterol and high fat foods. I use extra extra extra butter and almost a whole container of syrup. I love this place.

Good comfort food, very good service. Wish the maple syrup was real maple syrup, but that's my only quibble.

We went here because we were early for an appointment and I was hungry. We haven't gone out to get breakfast food in a while, so we stopped here. I will say, it was kinda busy for a midmorning Tuesday. With that being said, We stood at the host stand for a bit. Even though there were employees using the computers toward the front, nobody acknowledged us standing there. We were sat towards the front of the restaurant so couldn't tell how many servers were on but it seemed our server (didn't tell us his name and I forgot to look at the receipt for it) was overwhelmed. Took a bit to come get our drink order, so we just ordered water. Then, when we ordered food, I ordered a cold brew. I think he ended up forgetting because it never came. Our food took over 40 mins to come out (again, they were busy), and I normally don't mind that, but our server didn't acknowledge us during that time. Just kept walking by. Food was ok. It's breakfast food, hard to mess up. You can, but it's hard. Had to get up and go to the front to get our check. Looked it over, and thankfully, the cold brew was not on there. If you ask why I didn't ask for it again, our server looked overly busy. So, in the end, it was a busy Tuesday, and the visit was ok. Will probably try it again if and when I'm craving breakfast food.

This IHOP Is awful. Every order( 5) was terrible. There were ants everywhere..my son poured the maple syrup on his pancaked and ants flowed out onto his food. I would avoid this location or find another option.
