IHOP

This is the second time I have come to ihop, and they don't have gluten-free pancakes when the menu advertising that they do

This may have been our worst post-service breakfast ever. We trier something new. The staff was so nice, but they didn't have even half the people needed to run the shift. We waited for over 30 minutes to get a seat and then another 30 minutes for almost inedible food. Pancakes were raw. Hash browns were underdone and tasted like onions. Eggs were not the ones we ordered. Crepes had so much cinnamon that it couldn't be scraped off.

Service was phenomenal. I visited with my bestfriend and we originally planned to go to First watch but the wait was too long. As soon as we came in to iHop we were greeted by manager Chris who let us know they would be right with us as they were very busy. We were met by Dulce who sat us and took care of us. The entire staff was attentive and helpful and had wonderful attitudes. Dulce and Amber are great servers. Even the busser was doing an amazing job. This is the best service I’ve ever experienced at iHop. 1000/1000. They are a great team.

Stood at the door for 10 minutes before anyone said anything to me. The staff just watched me stand there and didn’t say anything. Finally a different lady came out of the back and asked if I’d been helped. They were all laughing and having a good time in the kitchen, but seemed mad or upset when talking to any customer in the store. Very strange experience.

It's IHOP it's fine. The waitress that works afternoon and evening is wonderful! Great attitude and very nice

Pésimo servicio… te dejan todo el día en la puerta. Solo tienen un mesero, con pésima actitud.
