Nice place and nice services depends of the day the services Last time I was there the coffee was taste horrible old and taste funny Not complaining with the service always good for now

I use to work there and sometimes it was great and sometimes it wasn’t now the employees are just insane and me and my friend there on my birthday 02/22 and we waited for our food to come we waited about 20-25 minutes for it to come our waiter went to the bathroom, and I think she didn’t even wash her hands and the cook had his music blasting this was all on February 22 around 3 o’clock 4 o’clock

I am hopeful they will address our situation last night accordingly. I know every resturant has bugs etc. But roaches out in broad daylight in the open is a no go for me. We were eating and my husband yelled get up, get up, get up! I jumped up and a roach was crawling across the top of the booth. I grabbed the waitress and she freaked out and ran to the manager with me telling her what happened. Manager looked shocked and comped our meal. We eat there a lot, weekly because of the prices, service and only good place open when I get off work at 530am. My biggest worry is bringing one of those nasties home with me and I am terrified of them. Sorry you did not meet MY expectations? That's your response? How about the Board of Health Expectations? Wow your response was quite insulating. Dietary restrictions: Diabetic, low carbs and bread and they always work with me that's why I go there Kid-friendliness: Never seemed bothered about us bringing my new grandson in to eat and were always sweet to him.

Never coming back here. The place is filthy for one! From the front entrance to the bathrooms. The wait time is outrageous. There are crack heads in the parking lot starting trouble. Not very safe if you are with your family!

Closer to our home we do not have any IHOPs anymore. Having an appointment close to them out here on Brookpark Rd we looked forward to grabbing a meal from them instead of a fast food option. They did not disappoint. Cheyenne our server and the manager are both sweet people and have a good working rapport. We had a coupon, which at some establishments is met with an eye roll but the manager was more than kind in explaining what it meant (and more than generous later when figuring our bill for my wife ordered a meal that was only $6 from the Happy Hours menu, the mgr rang up my meal as the free one). A little hiccup when the food came out but it was fixed no problem. Everything was delicious. My wife and I are both looking forward to our leftovers.
