IHOP

Wow, there's nothing good to say about the steelyard IHOP, me and my son order food and the service, and the food was absolutely horrendous, I ordered egg Benedict with sausage,ham and hash browns. My son ordered an omelet with pancakes. First off it took them 30 min to bring us our food, it was only 5 table In the whole building. When they finally gave us our food, I noticed my utensils were filthy. omg, my son utensils were filthy. The server had to give us plastic forks because all their silverware were all dirty. We beginning to eat our food until I noticed my egg Benedict was way over cooked, the yoke was so hard and the Benedict sauce was so dry like it was sitting under the heat for over 5 min, my son had hair in his pancakes also! We told the server and she told us she will have them to remake the food.........Another 30 min later we are waiting for our recooked food...we still waiting so I just told the server it's OK we waited over 30 minutes for our food then another 30 minutes for our recooked food I don't even want it just give me the bill for my son......we waited 10 minutes for her to give me a bill so I can pay my son food.....no bill came at the table so me and my son left.....if anyone want to go to IHOP please don't go to the one in the steelyard, go to the one in brookpark. Wow, I'm never going back to the steelyard again!

Had biscuits and gravy, with eggs and hash browns. Very good lots of food.

I can't speak on the food - because after waiting 40 minutes for food we left. They seemed to be fully staffed as we could hear them having a good time in the back. They never refilled our drinks - were apparently out of waffles. There were only 3 tables, and the table next to us had to wait an extra 20 minutes to get the bacon they forgot. 10/10 would not recommend.

Waited for someone to take our order about 30min. A kind waitress from another table came to the rescue. Then another 45min before it actually came out. Food was over cooked and burnt. The kitchen sounded like they were having a party.

Waitress we had was terrible. Almost a 45 min wait to get our food. Handful of customers inside the restaurant, so I don't understand the long wait time. Never got a refill on my drink. Asked for ranch for my daughter's chicken strips, and it's like she forgot I asked. Her food was getting cold, so I got up and asked another waitress for the sauce. Again, never got checked on, so I got up again and found another waitress, told them I hadn't seen our server, and wanted me a Togo box and check. I am a very nice tipper, especially when the service is what it should be. Although i didnt want to, I still left her a $5 tip, even when she definitely didn't deserve it. Service was terrible, but food was decent

We came to restaurant at 8:00 on a Saturday. The restaurant didn’t look like it had been cleaned. Things were broken in restroom. We waited almost an hour for our food even though no one else was in the restaurant when we arrived. The waitress was rude when she finally brought our food. Would not visit again.

Why does a place that specializes in BREAKFAST FOOD (people eat pancakes for BREAKFAST, not lunch or dinner), not allow dine in until 9 a.m.? People don't eat breakfast at 9 a.m. People are WORKNG at 9 a.m. people eat breakfast before that time. Do you expect me to order breakfast so I can sit outside in the parking lot and eat a bunch of messy syrup and pancakes while sitting cross-legged on the ground?
