Strikingly terrible experience. The server did not care at all. Not mean but she clearly did not want to be there. The speakers played music completely overwhelmed by static. When I asked to have it turned off she said that she didn't know how to do so. Overall, so hilariously bad that I don't know if the restaurant is even attempting to stay in business.
We stood at the hostess stand for quite a while and weren't acknowledged. We left to go elsewhere
Went to the Oakley location to have breakfast for dinner. I was the only customer in the place. Food was good, but they cooked my steak wrong. I ordered medium rare but it was medium well, no pink at all. I was hungry so just went ahead and ate it. Then I ordered the Girl Scout pancakes to go. Got home they didn't give me the whipped cream or the cream cheese topping. So was disappointed on my carry out order.
Stopped by to eat here but when I got inside there were four people waiting and only like 5 tables seated in the dining room. One couple said they had been waiting 29 minutes already and no one had come by. I didn’t have time to waste sitting around for 2 hours and left. If you don’t have staff to do the work you shouldn’t be open.
