IHOP

Horrible service, Dirty employee uniforms, nasty floors, nasty restrooms, long waits to be seated, no one greeted us for 10 minutes, then we waited 30 mins to be seated, 2/18/24 10:00 a.m. wasn't busy at all. Food was wrong, cold. I could go on for ever. This restaurant has let us down multiple times at this location, something has to be done. Management is very poor at this location. It's very sad for such a wonderful restaurant to be ran this poorly.

Everything was great food was great service was great. But when it is 15° outside and your public restroom is about 35 degrees because apparently the heat does not work in there that's not very welcoming!

Worst experience I've had at an IHOP! "long time in the waiting line" as there were many empty tables! they take a long time to place and deliver the order! and finally they don't come back to your table to ask if you need anything or to find out if everything is in order, they don't even take the bill on the table, I had to get up and go to the entrance counter to ask for the bill!

I've been to this IHOP a good few times. Each time is a bad experience. Slowest service I've ever seen. Orders are messed up nearly every time. Go to the pancake house down the street for a better time.

I just wanted to give a quick shout to an under appreciated local restaurant dealing with challenges, I'm sure. Ordered takeout online tonight for our family of 4. Dinner was ready upon our arrival at 8:00pm on a Tuesday night. Place almost empty but associate that helped me was very pleasant and I appreciated her thoroughly checking our order before bringing out to me. Once home, everything was prepared well and included exactly what we ordered in the manner requested (e.g. 'crispy' hash browns). Made for a nice, easy family meal. Our thanks to all!

I ordered catered food for 60 people for a special event at my workplace. This location provided excellent service. The food was ready when I arrived to pick it up. The staff helped carry everything to the car. The food was great!

Slowest restaurant in Ohio
