IHOP

Omelette Poblano is Not Good At All.. They use a rotten avocado on top of it.. Cream is flooded..and overdo..

I was eating at the IHOP at Broadway and Oxford. We had a pleasant waitress. very polite very attentive. As we were leaving we overheard the manager speaking to our waitress with a rude and disrespectful tone. Very unprofessional. Why would one want to have an attitude towards hard-working employees and show such disrespect! She made our day. On the other hand, the manager put a bad taste in our mouth and we couldn't eat so we left.

Waiter not even once come to see if everything was good

So right off the bat management and staff was very disrespectful to our party of five. As two of us were in the bathroom, they interrogated my wife, asking if we were truly a party of five or if we were lying. After insisting that we are a party of five, the MANAGER scoffs and rolled his eyes. As the waitress sits the four currently there and only gave four utensils and menus. After we were sat down, things began to operate more smoothly with the waiter. The crepes we got overwhelmed with the scent of cinnamon and tasted like cleaning supplies. The waitress took back the crepes and even gave us a $10 off our meal so that was pleasant although things quickly escalated as we were trying to pay and leave due to the manager coming up to us holding our cards and not telling us why we can't pay yet despite us profusely asking. Zero communication and 100% attitude from the manager.

The coffee is always excellent and that's what we come for! The food is excellent and the servers are Wonderful!! I'm a fussy eater and I have to say the food is fantastic. Give it ten stars!!
