We found a COCKROACH on our table. We told manager and she just said “sorry we'll call later to have the placed sprayed “ We then Told her we wouldn’t pay for our food and she got mad.

Waitress took our order and disappeared. 30 mins. Went by and we still had not received our food. I had to flag down a different server. Our waitress came out and said they were just waiting on my order. Another 20 mins go by and she apologizes and says the kitchen made a mistake and offered me something while I waited. I said no, I just wanted my food, it finally came almost an hour after waiting. Communication goes a long way. As a manager of a restaurant myself I expected the manager to atleast come over. Nothing was taken off the bill which wasn't expected but c'mon. No acknowledgement what so ever...

Expect a small issue(s) with your delivery orders. I've been ordering delivery from this location for a few years since it's the closest one that delivers to my address. They always seem to forget accompanying items, including pancake toppings and applesauce. Otherwise, my orders are usually fine.

Who would have known you can’t use an IHOP gift certificate at IHOP. The reason I had the gift certificate in the first place was due to poor customer service. I believe my era of patronizing this brand is coming to an end.

Who Separates Tableware Thankfully Gave Us Some (Which Isn't Her Job) Then Our Order Took 40 Min To Arrive Waiter Left Food And Again No Tablespoons Forks Nothing And Again Waited Waited Til Again Same Lady Helped Us ..I Was Already So Frustrated So Wanted My $16 Dollar Salad To Go And Even For That No Waiter To Come Around ...My Mom Later On In Day Got Sick From Food It Was Just Bad I Suggest Go Else Where...Funny When They Still Ask For Tip With This Kind Of Service ...I Regret Not Giving It Personally To My Paisana Who Helped Us...Btw Coffee Is Lame.
