IHOP

I ordered online & had to wait over 1hour for an online order. Multiple parties came & walked out because no one up front to greet people or explain how to sign in for waiting list. Not many people seated in the dining room. It was absolutely ridiculous. No organization or care for customers.

The absolute worst IHOP I have ever visited. When we arrived there was a brick propping the door open. We ordered our food and an hour later the food arrived. My bacon was raw and when I told the waitress that I couldn't eat raw bacon she grabbed my plate as if it was my fault. We then ask for the check for the orange juice and left. The manager was walking on the back of her tennis shoes like they were bedroom shoes! The music was blasting in the kitchen and the grill was smoking so badly that we smelled like burnt grease when we left

Todo bien Pero como tardan para tomar la orden y para llevar tu comida ni se diga ... Así que si vas con mucha hambre es mejor que lleves tiempo y paciencia

The general manager mr.ronnie was great my first time here will definitely be back this guy made me and my wife visit great this was our first time at ihop

Nisha was AMAZING!! She took mine and my friends order and made it quick and made sure we were satisified!! She was all alone, no servers JUST her and she was still happy to serve us!! She did her best and SUCCEEDED in making our visit a good and happy one!!!! and the food was soooo good

We came to this ihop visiting from Raleigh. This was horrible all the way around except for our server. The omelets were so so at best. They didn't even have jelly for our toast..all they had was sugar free jelly. What kind of mess is that?? So of course I didn't eat my toast. I also ordered chocolate cake to go. When we got back to the hotel room I started to eat the cake and it was nasty. It wasn't moist at all so it must have been sitting there for a few days. This is totally disgusting. The only thing that was good was our Pepsi.

Inappropriate music playing very loud. I had to explain to a three year old several words that we don't use!!

Omg I've been to many IHOP's because I love the food & so do my family. But this place right here was the worst IHOP experience I ever had.so on March 23, 2024 we arrived there we were the only ones there so we still went in. As we walked in it smelled like burned Grease and there was smoke coming out of the kitchen. We stayed in the lobby for about 20 minutes. Before trying to get someone's attention. Then we finally sat down and the tables were sticky and dirty and so was the menu. We tried to tell the waitress and she kind of gave us an attitude about it. So we finally placed our order. It took them 1hr and 43sec. Before we had our food. They gave us plastic silverware because they said that they didn't have any for us to use while we dine in. I had asked my waitress why they didn't have any silverware for us to use and she said because the first shift were too lazy to roll them up in napkins and set it up for them My husband had the steak mashed potatoes and mac and cheese I had the fish with mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. They gave me the wrong order and my husband's food and mine was cold. My kids food was somewhat cold but they still ate it. it seemed like it was sitting up there for a long time. Again we were the only people there. Other than the crew that worked there and another couple. While we were waiting for our food again the people in the kitchen started playing loud r&b music that had profound words. Mind you my husband is African-American and I am but we don't listen to that sort of music in front of our children. So finally by the time they gave us our food my kids had already eaten theirs so my husband and I took ours. I tried to stay as long as we could to try to give the place the benefit of the doubt because again we love IHOP but this was the worst experience we've had at IHOP. I will never step foot in that IHOP again. Can anybody that asked me I will tell them the same thing. I should have gone to the Mexican place next to them.
