IHOP

Service was terrible. My friend asked a question about a simple promotion and the sever responded in a very hostile and insulting manner, attacking my friend. This isn’t acceptable and hope management does something with that server.

When compared to surrounding IHOP's Chantilly Metrotech IHOP is 5 stars. They are 4 stars if not comparing. Closes Ihop to me that is 24 hrs. The other Ihop's that are closer are not 24 hrs. Service is not the greatest but is the greatest compared to the other's. Dulles IHOP off of Loudoun County Parkway is trash. Service was trash. Walked in there and little trash cans visible to the customer were over flowing. They had tables not bus down with customers eating near. Not going there again. IHOP Chantilly Metrotech is not perfect but is where my business will go.

The chicken in the “Chicken and Waffles” was hard as a rubber!

This IHOP has good people, service and breakfast

0 stars!! Went for breakfast this morning for my son’s birthday. Everything we got was TERRIBLE. Pancakes, biscuit sandwiches, drinks (yes even water), everything! An hour later everyone was sick with what seems to be food poisoning. I did report this to corporate and the health department so I’m hoping someone looks into this and others will see what happened and not visit this restaurant. I will never be going to an IHOP again. It’s definitely not anything close to what it used to be. Thanks IHOP for ruining my sons birthday!
