Not bad but too expensive, I should just go to eat McDonald pancake.

My waffle is softer than the pancake it's so messed up that I just have to eat it because I paid for it. At least our server is polite that's why I don't want to give her a hard time.

The host was horrible snd the server with the lace front wig. I’m a black man and I believe in supporting black people in a business but never again. I’m making a complaint to the corporate office.

The food is always good when I go to the Livingston location and the service is always great.

I love this IHOP location on Livingston St. I get seated right away. My past couple of times going there have been wonderful. Sakeem my server is attentive, helpful and very professional. I look forward to a great dining experience when he's there. My favorite dish is the big steak omelet with a side of the signature pancakes. This omelet is stuffed with hash brown, tiny bits of onions, cheddar cheese, red peppers, steak unsure if I miss any of the ingredients. All I know is that it's Mmm gone when I'm having it. Can't wait to venture back for the pumpkin spice pancakes. Fall is in the air. Love those limited dishes. Too bad they don't stick around on the menu long enough for you to come back for more.

If you want to wait to order, if you wait 1 hour for the food to be ready, I don't care about the taste. A perfectly aggressive employee throws a plate on the table. (tall lady)
