They have a happy hour with great deals try to BLT Great food, great service, old favorite.

Went with a friend for brunch and talking. Service was great. Food was great. Coffee is always fresh. Very clean. No rushing from the staff to leave when finished. Very pleased.

The pancakes were voluminous and delicious. The staff were also nice. thank you.

It is 9:00 on a Friday, website they are closed at 2. We are outside and nobody responds, what happened to service???? We came here to eat and nothing? You and this company are a joke!

Arrived at 10pm only to see the place closed, but according to google they close at 12pm.

My wife and I decided to mix it up, and instead of going to our usual go-to spot, we went to IHOP instead. We visited on a Sunday between 11 am and noon. It was relatively busy. They seemed understaffed, but the staff there quickly (and I mean fast) cleaned off a table and sat us down. Our server was cheerful, attentive, and polite and got our orders in fast. It's a good thing too because we waited for over 30 minutes before our food arrived. The food was delicious, I ordered 2 eggs sunny side up, with bacon, toast, and hash browns. They mistakenly gave me scrambled eggs, which was fine considering how busy and understaffed they're. My main concern was the portion size of the food. It tasted and reminded me of Waffle House. Which don't get me wrong Waffle House is great in my book, but at least the prices there are much cheaper. Tldr Waffle house quality food, for IHOP prices.
