IHOP

“Steakburger” sounded good but it was so salty I couldn’t finish it.

The food here is great, I did some work at ATL airport for a few months and I would eat here often as the pricing is very reasonable. The sweet tea is so good it’s addicting and the staff always go the extra mile to ensure that I enjoy every time I was there. I only gave them a 4 ⭐️ because there is no 4.5 ⭐️ option but there were times I would want a specific meal and they wouldn't have it, they don’t take cash, and ATL airport as many places in America today has a serious vagrant problem which can ruin the atmosphere a bit. Overall I would absolutely recommend this IHOP for a great airport meal.

I informed the attendant that my pancakes were cold. I didn't know if she had heard me, as she was a short distance away, so I repeated myself. She took at attitude at that for some reason and I told her that I didn't know if she had heard me. She immediately brought me another order and they were cold also, as the butter didn't melt. When I left, I approached her at the counter and told her that the 2nd order was also cold. She starred at me, not addressing me, then walked away. That was the most rudeness action ever. This was my first time eating at the airport's IHOP and will probably be my last. Inside of eating the cold pancakes, I should have requested a refund. I am sorry that I did not.

The place was nearly empty yet it still took 40 minutes to get food. Order Pay & Tip via QR code. Yes, Tip BEFORE you are served. Recommend not going to this restaurant.

The food was good. Same quality as other Ihops. Problem is, who has 25 minutes to wait for their order at the airport? The place was not even busy. I won’t be back to that location.

This is the worst IHOP (1/15/2024 12:00pm in the main atrium by the north terminal)I’ve ever been the food was ok but the waitress has the worst attitude ever ordered the classic burger with fries & Added a drink via the Qrc code food took 30 min upon arrival with no drink ask for drink and condiments to here I had to get up and come get it myself how rude and unprofessional can you be in a hospitality industry . Don’t think I will eat at that location ever again

Great customer service. Food was good. Floors needed cleaning.
