IHOP

Our server Cheryl was wonderful! The steak omelette was delicious and no complaints ☺️

I give all stars because the food is great and never disappoints me. The servers are nice and respectful, and the atmosphere of the area just makes me want to stay here longer. Go and visit ihop to try it yourself! Are you stuck on what to eat, and you like burgers? Eat the cowboy barbecue burger!

Edit: Things seem to have turned around for the better at this location. They seemed to have a good flow and management of customers. Also, the hash browns were good, because usually in breakfast places they're all oily and feel unhealthy. First time I've had it where it didn't feel greasy. Great job guys. Older review: The food is good, but they need to get their act together in service. I usually avoid criticising the service, but I hope they take this as a feedback to serve better: The wait to get seated is longer, not because of unavailable clean tables, but because of poorly managing the waiting groups. Even after you're seated, it doesn't look like their waiters and waitresses are trained well enough; from many visits to this location, I can say that the staff look like they're unsure of what to do next or which customer to attend. The staff are friendly, no complaints there, but just a matter of getting more organized. I'll will still come here since it's in the vicinity, and since the food is good.

Very Rude Customer Service by Melika. Showed Dis-Respect towards us, not sure if that was because of Racism or if she was of that nature. Asked for 2 glasses of water for 2 people ... she gave just 1 glass with 2 straws. Very Rude talk and Ridiculously waiting time even when the whole restaurant was almost empty. Never saw this hostile environment

From start to finish, this was the best experience at an IHOP I’ve ever had. Our server was fantastic (don’t remember her name) and our food was made quick, it was hot and tasted great. Very impressed with ihop on this one
