Flipping amazing! Servers are always so great! Their food is soooooo delicious!! Tres leches pancakes are absolutely phenomenal!!!

Good to see them open

I had the eggs benedict for breakfast. The English muffin used for the eggs benedict was really a poor quality, and tasted like cardboard. The hollandaise sauce was very runny and had too much lemon in it. My server was really good However the atmosphere was greatly affected by the laughing, loud talking and carrying on of all the people that work there. So my experience overall was not good. I will not go back.

The food was very expensive and very costly. However, the service was wonderful and the food was good, if not very sugary

Went to this IHOP and was VERY DISAPPOINTED. Some dum and RUDE waitress kept me and my family standing for almost 20 minutes before sitting us down she was Hispanic very rude and lazy. This pathetic woman refused to sit us down and she wasn't even busy she was very LAZY. This is the SECOND review I noted here. The first one was deleted WHICH ISNT RIGHT. That's our FREEDOM of SPEECH.to voice our opinions. This IHOP has HORRIBLE customer service this IHOP sucks cuz of that ugly waitress

Edit again: the link does not work. It's a broken link. "This site can't be reached" Edit: 2024. So nothing has really changed. It was a bad experience. I didn't get a refill of water till we asked for the check. They didn't start cleaning any of the tables till 45 mins after we got there. We had to wait to be seated even though it wasn't busy and they had what seemed like a full crew. It's very loud. The employees cuss and yell. They all were hanging out on the other side of the building neglecting the customers. There was even a US Veteran and his family that was constantly being forgotten. He had to get up and walk over to the other side to find someone just to ask for napkins. I understand shift change. This is how you do it wrong. I am deeply disappointed that after a year of my bad review it got worse. The amount we are paying for this meal is not worth it! 2 adults and 1 child. I feel me (jipped?) We went there and it seemed everyone else got service but us. We got our drinks fine. Then our waitress was gone. We ordered and we waited and waited. Other tables were getting served but us. Even though we were there first. We never got a refill till we were almost done with our food. We even saw people getting drinks and refills before we even got a refill. All she said was I'll get you your drinks. Like 3 times every time she checked on us. And one of our plates was cold like It was the first thing that was cooked then it sat on the counter. Just a really bad experience

Definitely not the same ihop that I grew up with.
