I am so sad! I hate writing negative reviews! I Had not been in about a year so I recently took a friend for a girls night. It was a Thursday and the restaurant was packed by 6pm. We looked for the hostess stand that usually sits at the top of the stairs but it was gone. After standing around for about 15 minutes trying to flag down a server, I was told it was seat yourself. Since there were no tables, I asked if there was a waitlist. I was told no, you just need to see a table open up. Seriously, having to stalk a table at a five star resort is pretty ridiculous, both for the people waiting and for the people seated. I was a bit shocked. We finally saw a not great empty table to the side (no way were getting a table outside even if we stalked them for an hour with all the others waiting about). We ordered some sushi rolls and my friend ordered a steak after getting menus after a twenty minute wait). Sushi menu is greatly reduced and only had salmon, tuna and yellowtail on it. There used to be so much more. At least the California roll still has fresh crab. The role were ok, the fish was fresh. My friend enjoyed her steak and the spring onion soubise was amazing! All in all, I may not go back, but I have such amazing memories I want to believe it was just an off night. Also, please bring back the Avocado Fries!!!!
Ignite had both delicious cocktails and food with a stunning view. Bartender Jonathans service was outstanding. Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu
Umm this is supposed to be high end. The drink service was not.
A great place to enjoy a drink, the view and the ambiance of the hotel. The beer was from AZ micro brews and fresh. We shared a charcuterie board that was delicious. And our server, Chris, was welcoming and informative. He went beyond the norm to let us know about our choices of drink and food. Well Done! We’ll be back.
While in the area, come to the ritz hotel, and just beside the lobby this lovely restaurant open for lunch, the customer services is superb, the food amazing and huge portions and my Gin&Tonic well served
Never expected to go to Tucson for great sushi but the Rainbow Roll and the Dove Mountain Roll were amazing! High quality fish coupled with fun outdoor ambience (with fire pits) made for a fun honeymoon dinner :)
It was just okay. Tbh, for being a city of gastronomy, Tucson is already limited on good food, let alone good sushi. This place is overrated, tbh. It's a shame. $30 for a firecracker roll is absolutely absurd. There are better restaurants to offer AYCE They have way better food. TRY HARDER. YOU'RE IN TUCSON NOT Las Vegas, and even then.
