Iggies Pizza

We came here on a whim on a Friday night and I'm so happy we discovered this place. Pizza was excellent, the vibe was relaxed and laid back, and the service warm and friendly. Perfect way to wind down after a hectic stressful week. We ordered 4 pizzas (funghi, meat lovers, something spicy with olives, and a custom pie with bacon). All were solid and my kids already want to go back for more. They don't sell wine, but it's BYOB.

The Margarita pizza was fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced, and the staff was friendly. Thier mozzarella and tomato sauce were really tasty. Highly recommend.

Vegetarian options: Fewer vegan options but several vegetarian offerings Kid-friendliness: Great for pizza-loving kids who want a lively open space for dinner -- big tables helped a lot!

Diavolo pizza is amazing! Their gelato Banana with dulce de leche is exquisite! Totally recommend it

Nice pizza place in Mount Vernon. The pizza was good, the right ratio of cheese to other toppings. A decent price as well.

FOLKS.. we have a hidden gem. Iggie’s is a relatively new eatery that opened the beginning of 2024. DAILY FRESH INGREDIENTS ARE HERE. Pizza: They have a focused selection of artisanal pizzas that each contain their own robust signature flavors. My choice is the meat sampler. They use Cup and Char pepperoni so there is a deliciously light spiced snap to the meat. The sausage is cured sweetly, and the sauce is satisfying . The cheese: you see the cheese pull. The base BREAD is hand, tossed on-site and delivers a tender and airy bite. Upscale date night food has returned to Baltimore! Even though the cheesecake is an outsourced product, they have chosen a premium product. THE VERDICT: ✅9.73
