Ichiban Sushi & Bar

LOVE it here! I’m in Valencia and rather drive to canyon country for this place any day! It’s really nice inside, the music is great, the servers and manger are awesome. The ggood is amazing. I love how the menu is organized by category, so it’s easy to find what you want. It’s great for people who don’t eat fish too- because they have a versatile menu. Highly recommend!!!

My wife and I are from the San Fernando Valley and a coworker of mine told me about this restaurant and we were in the neighborhood so we figured that we would try it. We were very pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the food was. As soon as you enter the place the atmosphere is so beautiful and calming. We were seated right away. There are so many selections to choose from. They had Blue Fin on the menu but when I ordered it they were all ready out of it so I got Toro instead and I was very glad I did. It was some of the best Toro I had ever eaten before and so was the Yellowtail Collar. My wife and I also ordered some Sushi and everything was so fresh and delicious . We will be returning for sure. It is worth the drive if you love great Sushi. You won't be sorry that you went.

Love this place. Service and Sushi is top of the line. Went my wife for the first time for dinner and we were impressed with the whole experience. Two thumbs up .

We love Ichiban! Great sushi & great service. The lobster& crab roll, one of our favorites! Yellowtail, albacore, crunch roll, spicy tuna...all so delicious!
