Ichiban Hibachi & Sushi Bar

Manager is extremely rude and the facility is understaffed with people who just don’t care!! Hands down the worst Ichiban in our area, no wonder they’ve been shut down numerous times for Inspection issues

Don't waste your time just go to Sapparo. Our 1st time here the food was great but tonight it was just edible after drowning it in sauce. Multiple things were wrong with the order even though it had been written down. One guy never got his meal & was still waiting as the rest of us waited on checks. We had to get our own boxes, bags, sauces cause our server vanished. Literally the worst sushi i have ever had I could go on & on about how horrible this night was but this will do. Just go to Sapparo, you can thank me later.

Hibachi style is among my favorites. This place does it very well. Steak and chicken always good.

I should have read the reviews! The manager is very easily agitated and rude, as others have stated. My husband asked for a drink from the bar that was on the shelf. The server came back and said that it wasn't available. He asked for another drink that he saw on the shelf. Again, she came back and said it wasn't available. These were full bottles. The manager came to the table and said, "They are only show." This was super confusing since they were FULL BOTTLES. The manager came back saying, "They are only for show! Why do you care?" It was very strange and aggressive. Then he came back to the table and said we can cancel our order. We were there on a Saturday to celebrate our daughter's birthday and knew that we weren't getting in right away at anything nearby. We did not want to leave because we were hungry, but it was tempting due to the uncomfortable atmosphere. The chef was nice, as well as the server, but I can't recommend this place because of the manager. There are too many other hibachi restaurants around here to go somewhere with a manager as confrontational as that guy.
