If you don't love to drink, there's not much to do here. You walk into a freezer, take a few pictures, and walk out. The staff is all very nice, and it's *cool* but I wish I'd spent the money paid toward entry on a nice steak or something.

Too crowded on a Friday night. Couldn’t get the bartenders attention. Too many people in too small of a place

Great experience if you are into bars. The Ice Room is definitely a fun activity to check out with friends. The venue provides gloves and a jacket (fur is ≈$10 extra) but also has a "fire" lounge with a dance floor to defrost. Food and cocktails were great, but of course a bit pricey. If you are planning to drink I reccomend getting the Ice Experience which includes a cocktail at the Fire and Ice bar.

Went and checked out the IceBar in the evening before the Night-time Bar Rush started. This was our first time in an IceBar ever, so we wanted to see what it was like. My wife got the premium icebar package which included a fur coat and gloves rental, access to the icebar and the heated bar, and a token for a free premium drink in the ice bar and q in the hot bar. This was $48. I got the basic ice bar package, which included the jacket and gloves and access to both bars (no drinks included). This one was $21, I think. You can purchase drinks separately from the packages as well. Entrance fees cover you for unlimited time for that night so you can come and go as well. Now, experience, we went between 8 and 9 pm (on a Saturday evening), so it was nice and relaxed, walked right in. By the time we were leaving, there was a line, I imagine it gets packed quickly as the space isn't very large. If you're not into crowds, make it your first bar stop. Drinks were flavorful but small. The staff explain it all for you and even take a picture for you at the Ice Bar entry, which you can download for free. Parking... there's a parking garage not too far down the street next to wonderworks, also a free surface lot behind the IceBar and the adjacent buildings. Fun fact....don't set your drink down on the ice bar if it's slightly wet...it will freeze to the surface and get stuck .

My family and I truly enjoyed our experience at the ice bar. There's clearly no exaggeration of the bar being cold. Everything was made completely out of ice even the cups and seating. Coming form northeastern area where the climate is irregular and where being colf us consider normal, we figured we coukd hsndle a little cold.. We definitely was out of our elimate. After, spending about hour and having a few drinks, we gracefully bowed out. We finished our night out in the fire bar. My only dilemma was the drinks. Although, I'm not a drinker my family was very disappointed. Stating that the drinks tasted more like juice with a small hint of liquor. That's mostly due to the low quality liquor used for their mixed drinks. I'd suggest come for the new experience of the ice bar not the drinks. The atmosphere was fun as the DJ truee to keep the crowd entertained. The area is small on both sides and the seating is very limited.

If you are visiting from out of town Ice Bar is the late night spot. Go on Thursday or Saturday , dj Et gets it hype. Plays a little of everything , entertaining and you can even request songs. They usually have shot specials and the sliders are yummm.

My husband and I were on vacation and he bought the date night package. The icebar itself is pretty cool. Sculptures and a cool concept. The website overpromises. The icebar is quite small. I was under the assumption that you are going there to try cool drinks that you wouldn't get elsewhere. The drinks in the icebar were very basic and disappointing. They made the firebar sound like it was really warm and a different room from everything else. Basically you walk in and what you see is what it is and then the IceBar is up a couple of steps. It's just a walk-in cooler basically. The food had good flavor but very basic and not filling at all. It was an experience but I wouldn't necessarily recommend or go back. If there are a lot of people there then it would be very cramped to dance. They don't even really have a dance floor. It's just all part of where you sit at the tables. I wouldn't consider it a nightclub.
