Staff was inattentive and on their phones. They were out of so many products. Definitely won’t be back!

This place was so good before it re opened. There was a hair in my corn dog it was orange-ish blonde so it definitely wasn’t mine I think you guys should wear hair nets because even if you tie it back it will still happen to fall out but I’m a girl so I understand it happens it’s just not acceptable from a food place.The place is pretty and the staff is nice. The donuts are not worth buying. When it’s busy here i would avoid going the food is not as good because it looks like it was rushed the drinks come out not tasting the same as if you were to come a slow day.

Amazing rolled ice cream, friendly staff, great atmosphere.

I don’t really see the point of rolled ice cream, half the stuff on the menu I have no idea what it is. This is clearly a young person spot, they should offer milkshakes or just give me a scoop of ice cream like a traditional human being. Or maybe just explain what this stuff is on the menu. I’m clueless when I come here, I only went here because of my wife. The other stuff I had to look up it was some Japanese rice treat. Not sure what business that has in ice cream.

Loved the airy vibes and delicious treats at Ice Spot! Spacious design, perfect for groups, and their milk tea and ice cream are divine. Would definitely come back for another scoop!

EXTREMELY quick service took 4 minutes it tastes pretty good ive tried this spot before in a different location it does taste different but that may be my order being placed wrong. The Corn Dog was truly amazing the smell is enough to tell you how good it is. Although nobody seemed to be cleaning up not sure why but its just teenagers working i assume. Hope the best will return!!

I went here on a Thursday at 3:30, absolutely no customers in the store. I was warmly welcomed by Mia and we bonded over having the same name immediately. She was so kind to me and really took care of my order (a corn dog and rolled ice cream). Amazing ice cream, great food, and awesome customer service! Props to Mia for being such a friendly face, give my girl a raise!

Super fun ice cream place! They don’t take cash. Worth a stop for some yummy rolled ice cream!
