A really friendly and inclusive place. Great value for money and fantastic staff. The new shop is is lovely and has kept the coziness with their upstairs living room area. Thoroughly enjoy my time here everytime I visit. Vegetarian options: Menu is entirely plant based. Dietary restrictions: Loads of gluten free options. Everything is also plant based so great for those with an intolerance to dairy. Parking: Plenty of free street parking if you look around the side streets near by Wheelchair accessibility: Currently no wheelchair ramp which is not the owners fault.

What a great place, free water and glasses and the board games and puzzles are a great little touch thatanged to amuse 4 grown adults whilst we enjoyed our amazing milkshakes which were just Staff friendly and everything tasted amazing, would love to visit again. Dietary restrictions: Everything plant based with signs up for allergies and intolerances too Kid-friendliness: Had board games,puzzles and toys - the kids loved it and staff were above and beyond with them.

Incredible ice cream, very tasty cakes and cupcakes and a super friendly funny and lovely owner!! The biscoff ice cream is super creamy and tastes like you are having an actual biscuit!! The chocolate and peanut butter cake was my favourite. Great place to sit down, have a chat, have a coffee and enjoy great cakes. I also found the board games on the tables a nice distraction and great idea to entertain. Vegetarian options: Everything is vegan

We only found Ice Shack last summer and feel so fortunate that we did. Thank You Ice Shack team for all the wonderful welcomes and meaningful goodbyes, for the toys, the smiles, the conversations and of course the ever so tasty ice cream and cakes, that just happen to be amazingly vegan All the best of luck for your next adventure in your new location on Wilmslow Rd.

I loved all the Halloween themed cakes. I had a slice of the fearfetti with a scoop of pistachio ice cream and it was delicious. The service was amazing, atmosphere was super friendly. I was supporting a gentleman with hearing impairment who has trouble modulating his speaking volume but nobody made us feel worried or bad about this which was lovely.
