ICE CREAM HEAVEN

I went there with my family on a Sunday afternoon fully expecting to have a great experience. Unfortunately, I was left with a bad taste in my mouth after walking in there and finding loud music with foul language being played. Then afterwards, I looked at the menu to place my order and found foul language there as well. I love to support black-owned businesses but I will not go there again because I need to feel comfortable taking my kids there. I don’t necessarily hate the ice cream ( my rum raisin tasted freezer-burned) but I was too upset at the music and the menu to have given this place an unbiased fair try. It needs to be a more family friendly environment. The staff was good, no problems with them. They were respectful, courteous and appropriate. I hope I get an opportunity to update this review if they address the music and menu.

This is my first and last time visiting this shop. Out of the many items on their menu, only one section of the menu was available which was just the ice cream (mind you this visit was around 6pm). There was only 3 cup size’s available small, extra large, and even larger size up. Also, there were only 8 flavors available and none of them were even vanilla. As a former ice cream shop manager, I had some expectations walking through the door and all I can say is do better

I am an employee from this place that recently quit the owner is nothing but rude and outright unprofessional I started last year September 2022 I did a phone interview she said I was gonna be getting paid 10 dollar when I was actually getting paid 9 an hour I didn’t really think too much of it but I had a couple of co workers that quit and got fired through out the months I was the only one that was there until summer of 2023 came around and she was doing this program to hire kids just for the summer and she didn’t pay no attention to me when that was happening and I was getting paid less around that time 120, 150, etc the list goes on and after summer she started slacking not bringing in things that were needed for the shop like napkins, paper towels, ice cream to serve the costumer’s etc and plus we didn’t even have everything on the menu I sent her the inventory list every single day up to the point where a line had to be crossed and I had to quit because me not answering her made her realize that she had a job to do and this was my first job ever if anyone thinks of coming to eat or work here I don’t recommend at all and please understand to the people out there who blamed me for not having napkins or any ice cream flavors it not my fault it’s the owners fault

No napkins to give to the customer. Charge way too much to not have toppings in stock. Probably want ever come back again.

Great ice cream I enjoy it

Oh boy yesterday was my first time trying Ice Cream Heaven and I must say it was the Best of the Best I can’t wait to get off work I’m heading back for another scoop If you are in the Miami area and you want some good tasting Ice Cream I highly recommend you stop and purchase a cup a cone from here. You want regret it

Muy mala atención, lastima

Bae wanted to be nice and take me and my 2 kids for ice cream. Ordered 4 large cups no bigger than 16oz. Total was 44. Walked out. Too expensive for limited selection and repeat business. Teenage employee never greeted us or suggested items. Tried to patronize but that is ridiculous

I normally don't leave bad reviews, but i was so disappointed that I want to remind myself to never go back. 2 stars only because the concept of a heaven ice cream place is pretty good. If you are an ice cream person like myself who literally would eat 1pint of ice cream a night, trust me when I tell you the milkshakes are underwhelming. I walked in, and there was just one person who looked like a high schooler working there who didn't even bother to explain anything. Sub-par customer service. I was excited to try this place based on the reviews and the pictures. I should have checked the 1star reviews first. I got the cookies and cream milkshake and a disappointing service. The milkshake was so bad I couldn't even finish it. Idk how to describe the flavor. But it tasted like refrozen milk with cookie bits. Imagine fat free refrozen milk with with crushed stale off brand oreos and not enough sugar. Underwhelming and not tasty at all.
