A great place for Jamaican style ice cream, sorbet, pastries, and treats. They even have a juice bar, you can get yourself some natural juices or smoothies. You can also pick up an ice cream cake or have an ice cream cake made out of any of their variety flavors. Overall a nice place.

I must have went when the staff was tired because customer service was trash. I can't believe others are saying how nice they are. They are not welcoming at all and were rude when asked questions.

I love this business. The “Ice Cream Factory” is great for green juice, protein shakes, ice cream and more. It’s like a home away from home, very friendly staff, very lively and warm. The options for ice cream are so rich and tasty. If you are person from the Caribbean / West Indies, the flavorful tasty combination of ice cream will win your hearts. Grape Nut, Pistachios, Rum Raisin, Egg Nog, ohhh my gosh… you will want to come back every week. For the Smoothies and Protein Shake, it’s so amazing. Natural energy, refreshing and great ingredients, I might have to come back every week. The prices are not bad, for the value you get, you appreciate the quality more and more. This is definitely a special place, and a hidden gem. It’s must experience location.
