Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse

I don’t usually eat at places this nice and let me tell you it was honestly the most delicious and enjoyable meal I have ever had. I didn’t feel rushed even though it was Valentine’s Day, if I had any questions I KNOW they would be more than happy to answer, and they were so quick with the service! The portion sizes were bigger than I was expecting too which is a plus! Highly highly recommend for a nice dinner or a great date night!

Nothing to say, but excellent service and great steaks. The potatoes were off the chart, and they have Creme Brulee.

Exceptional! This is one of my favorites in Columbus. The food is outstanding. The service is impeccable every time. They always go above and beyond. It is great for a romantic dinner out, a business dinner, or just an intimate Tuesday.

First time eating at Hyde Park and this place is amazing! I love the aesthetics at this building and the food here is amazing! It’s one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be coming back.

We ate here for my daughter's Sweet 16 Birthday Dinner. From the hostess, server, management, food. It was ALL top tier. They really helped contribute to how special of an occasion this was for our family. Not to mention I am a steak lover and this was hands down the best steak I have ever had. We all enjoyed our entire night. Especially loved the touch of the birthday card on the table for the birthday girl. Thank you so much!

This, by far, is one of my favorites in the columbus area. There are multiple locations around town, and all have there own unique spin on food prep and staff. Great spot

Food was good. Took 2.5 hours for a two top which is ridiculous. Might have been faster if our waiter had came to our table in an acceptable amount of time. Appetizers were a soup and a shrimp cocktail, took 20+ mins to arrive (soup is pre cooked and shrimp cocktail is cold…20 mins??) Spent a good portion of the experience watching the time on our phones and noticing other tables receiving service. Finally got the check. $196, gave them $240 in gift/bonus cards (to cover the bill and partial tip). 15 min later, our check is brought back, saying you have a $4 credit, have a good night. Uh, no before tip we should have $44. Another waiter shows up and says he can fix it. Comes back and says. You have a zero balance, have a good night. They had thrown our $40 bonus card (perk for buying a gift card) in the trash. Blamed the entire experience on a new computer system. I’m sorry, but your new computer system should not impact the experience we are receiving, especially at the prices you charge. We booked this reservation for an important birthday celebration, that was overshadowed by this less than stellar service. They did pull our $40 bonus card out of the trash and give it back to us, so that’s nice. A cash tip was left. Zero compensation was offered. Last time we will be back to this location.
