Hunt's Oyster Bar and Seafood

Excellent service, fantastic food, worth the drive!

A definite local hangout. They are doing construction on 75% of the building so just a small part is open. Extremely friendly staff, but very loud atmosphere. Snapper sandwich was very fresh, but tomatoes were cut huge. Slaw and cocktail sauce were the stars.

Can't wait until all the construction is finished!! One of my favorite for us locals!

You can count on the seafood being fresh and delicious here! Ambiance is folksy, fun & loud with lots going on all the time. You will have to wait to get in but can get a beer while you wait. And it IS worth the wait! Great oysters on half shell - baked or raw & fried everything - from grouper, shrimp, oysters & scallops to whole fried flounder! They also have a few non seafood entrees for "those" people!

Staff is friendly. The food is good, no matter what you order, you'll be satisfied. It's not a very big establishment and can get packed. Oysters are the bomb!

Hunt's has always had the best oysters in Panama City! I recommend ordering their "house"oysters. They're big & juicy, with the perfect amount of salt. Their house cocktail sauce is the bomb too!!!
