Hungry Bear Sub Shop

I finally tried the Hungry Bear. I'm big on customer service and I happily greeted from everyone. Ordering was fast and sufficient, and food quick, fresh and sooo good. Prices are great for those who love fresh real food. And I will end on that note because this lil is full

I must say that today was a good day at hungry bear… Not only did I get what I ordered just right but the attention before and after the meal was Perfection KUDOS TO THE STAFF AND I believe the owners Son who asked in the end of my visit “was it good ? Did you like your sandwich??” And as he asked me he said it in the most caring and optimistic manner which had me to reply “it was delicious “ Great experience!!!!

Their steak cheese and onions are and have been Super❣️❣️❣️

Over horrible experience, non of the employees were wearing a hair net! I kindly asked to heat my bread on the grill and they replied "the owner does not allow us to the bread on the grill". So it's om not to wear hair nets but it's against the rules to heat up bread

Management is horrible! Owners son does not care about the customers. AJ follows in the same training. This place is not run like it used to be, it's worse. I'm sad that this place has taken a toll for the worst as it used to be the best sub shop in Miami. BUYER BEWARE!!!! They will not remake a sub if they messed it up. Nor give a credit or anything to make it up to the customer that was screwed over. $20 for a sub and chips and horrible customer service. Twice now I ordered a sub with extra cheese and veggies. They forgot to put the extra cheese and veggies in the sub. Refused to remake the sub correctly BOTH TIMES!!!! $20 down the drain and spent on a sandwich I didn't like ...TWICE!!! Management: Just own up to the mistakes you make and remake the sub if you made it wrong or badly, stop arguing with customers and pinching pennies to try to get out of remaking a sub! Jeez! YOU ARE GOING TO LOSE BUSINESS!!!!! And bet they won't even respond to this review, as they don't care

Been going there about 40 years maybe longer. Classic subs from hot to cold. Anything you want it’ll be piled on. Meatballs a classic, steak and cheese, Turkey bacon cheese, as well as bacon egg and cheese, and cold cuts too. I believe it’s still the original family owned. Highly recommend!!! Go and enjoy!!!
