Been here a couple times and the sandwiches are really filling. I ordered a Cheeseburger Sub which had hamburger meat, cheese slices, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles. Nice sandwich, not too much because of the taste but more for the quantity.

Best sandwich spot in North County. I've had several of their sandwiches and never been dissappointed. The Ultimate Italian is out of this world. Friendly, fast service, quality ingredients and generous portions. The owner Mike is the man.. Thanks Hungry Bear Deli!

Great sandwiches. Prices are reasonable for the size and quantity of food. I like the Reuben and any of the hot sandwiches. They have plenty of seating but to go orders are filled quickly and efficiently. Great place for a gourmet sandwich.

Hands down amazing subs. Home made bread, great selection. I personally love the Italian sub! Everyone is so friendly and nice, a must restaurant stop if you are in Vista. Very kid friendly!

The food is always great!

Our first time there and we were not disappointed! The man who took our order was knowledgeable, and very friendly. I had hot pastrami on rye w chips. My husband had roast beef and pastrami on marble with potato salad. I tried his potato salad and immediately went up to order my own. The same gentleman gave it to me, no charge. Along with coupons for next time. We definitely will be back! We learned he is the owner. Way to take a critical position too during a busy time, Well done We will be back !

Fresh, unfussy food. The portions are huge so definitely be aware and don't order too much! Their menu allows for a lot of customisation and add-ons. Has inside and outside seating and plenty of room to enjoy your sandwiches
