I ate in the restaurant around 6pm today and ordered three dishes. One of the dishes was a fish fillet with chopped pepper."剁椒魚片" It was not cooked and there was even a piece that looked like it was frozen. When I found out, I explained it to the waiter, and she brought the food back so I didn’t have time to react and take photos :) , she told us "We can take it back and cook it again."Then she said that the chef might not have cooked well. Did you miss the point? The restaurant didn't even apologize. I can only say that this is really disappointing.
