The food, service, the atmosphere is a VIBE! Everyone should experience Hunan Cafe West African Cuisine.
The food is amazing, we usually order egusi, Asun (spicy goat), eforiro to go & we always go back!
Extremely disappointing, omg, horrible. They served me a staled food, how can you be so comfortable selling a staled food because of how much, against losing a customer. Just horrible, horrible service!!!, I am just speechless. Everything was just wrong. I really regret going there. No proper table service etiquette. These people need to go for a restaurant service training, and especially on how to handle and present a cutlery. How can you give me a knife by holding it from the cutting edge, robbing all over it. Come on. Reply: If what you served me is freshly made as you said, then that's a huge problem for this business. After tasting the staled jollof rice, I couldn't eat it, I just left it. Thank God for the unsweet plantain and fried beef. You did not even offer me a knife, and I ordered for jollof rice, fried beef, and Co. I wondered if I'm supposed to use my hands to eat the beef as a nigerian restaurant, Then I requested a cutlery from the guy that was loading the fridge, he brought out the knife, holding it from the blade without the kleenex as you mention. I requested a change and took him 5 mins to be out of the kitchen. This same guy, I asked him for the bottle water I already paid for, and his reply was, "next time you need water, get it by yourself" I was shocked , as a first timer, I wasn't aware I should grab the water by myself and that wasn't communicated when I paid for it by the counter. Even the lady that attended to me, I don't know what to think of her, I don't know if is because she was pregnant, no greeting, no hello, just that's the menu , no smile. It was just weird, I could have declined and left at this point. It was just a nightmare. They did not even come out to ask if the food was ok until I left. ( Of course, no, you know the horrible food you had served me. You can't be confident to ask that question). I did not see anyone. Who does that in a restaurant. Of course, this is a Nigeria restaurant, no regard at all, bringing the same attitude of Nig to this place. I can keep going on my horrible experience here. Just a disappointment
