Hummus Republic

The food here is great. I recommend getting there a little early for lunch to beat the wait. I ordered the following: Pita Mixed greens Tzatziki sauce and harissa hummus Lemon chicken Picked cabbage, cucumber, tomato, red onion Traditional tahini This was a very tasty pita, great sauce and lemon chicken.

A super welcoming place thanks to the owners who also serve the food with great care to their customers. Their falafel is made fresh to order and is absolutely delicious. The concept is like cava but with better/more fresh options (i.e. vegan beef, shiitake mushroom shawarma, dolmades, more variety in hummus flavors etc.). They have a ton of sauces, which are all plant-based. Would have stopped by often if I lived in the area. 10/10 recommend

Absolutely love their menu! I was nervous to try this type of food and absolutly love it and you het your monies worth!

First time here with my boyfriend, I had a delicious mushroom vegan wrap, full of veggies, hummus and couscous. It’s a large portion of food, very satisfying. We will definitely be back!
