Hulme Community Garden Centre

Would highly recommend this place. Lots of affordable plants for indoors and outdoors. Plenty of unusual and interesting gifts and a great cafe. A lovely place for garderers and non gardeners to enjoy with plenty of little quiet places and spaces to enjoy. It's a green oasis in the middle of a busy city. :)

Had a lovely visit today Bought a gift voucher, seed potatoes, a house plant and strawberry plants and was served by a really pleasant lady. We had lunch in Cafe Sorrel. It was delicious . The young man who served us was exemplary in customer service. He had a passion for good nourishing food and so obliging with all customers and their dietary preferences. This garden centre is so quirky and welcoming. There are 2 resident cats too. It is so refreshing to be able to shop and spend time at this little oasis in part of a busy city. Thank you and will be returning again soon

A bit eccentric, there's a good selection of plants and getting better, worth a visit. Came today and they had what I wanted and we got some grub at the cafe. All good.

Excellent variety of potatoes

This a really chilled out garden centre, nothing pretentious, just pleasant people serving the community. Got a Christmas tree today, and some terracotta pots. Also strolled around to get a few good ideas for home because they've built lots of natural looking areas, for walkways and beds and borders...

Great selection of indoor and outdoor plants. Prices are reasonable and staff is very friendly :-)
