This is the first time I’ve been served a bowl of spoiled poke. I ordered the miso bowl in which one of the ingredients is pineapple salsa. The pineapple was spoiled. All the employees needed to do was smell the ingredients and they would (hopefully) know it was spoiled. Even the salmon poke was spoiled, where they mixed a new batch and an old batch. Very disappointed and will be sure to avoid.
I walked on my lunch break to pick up my order from this location and not only was I charged for it but when I arrived the manager Van (not sure how it’s written) said she had turned off the app already (I arrived an hour before closing, and ordered 30 mins prior), that they had never received my order because of that, refused to give me a refund even after I showed proof of payment and blamed the owner and head office for having the pick up app link on the website. She proceeded to rant for about 20 mins without apologizing or offering any help, even when I asked for information to get a refund. I used to come here for lunch very often because the food is good, but that left me feeling uneasy. I have still not received a refund for the $20 poke bowl.
choose tuna,it's not fresh. and the bowl is full of rice. The sushi rice shouldn't contain so much water
Salmon poke bowl, mostly rice and kale, very little salmon. Salmon were not fresh.
I grabbed a lava coffee without knowing what I would be in for. Oh man, this is most unique and delicious thing I've had in a while. Although on the sweeter side, the coconut milk was amazing in the coffee.
