I’ve had many Rueben’s in my life and this was the first time I’ve been served one that was lacking in meat and quality. I didn’t even touch it before I requested to have it sent back to order something different and was denied by the manager because it wasn’t feasible given the lack of traffic coming into this location to do a different order for something more appetizing.. I just asked for the bill and a to-go container for my side. There’s apparently a no refund policy.. on my behalf I should have read the fine print, however, this is a sorry excuse for a $15 sandwich. *the manager on duty was zack (?), Caucasian male- big belly- bad attitude I asked our sweet server because there was no introduction or identification that he was the manager. the staff however is friendly and I tipped our server :) I would avoid this location based off management alone.

The wings were pretty good. My wife got the cauliflower wings (half kemonpepper and Sriracha bourbon I got the regular bone-in teriyaki honey. The fries were just ok

We had JT wait on us on 3/23/24, He was attentive, friendly, and worked hard to make our evening spectacular.

Great experience with JT - came w our 2 kiddos, and his timing for service was perfect. Nice kids menu items and pricing, good draft beer selection, and good food. Lots of TVs and good atmosphere, great place to watch a game
