Nice place didn't know it was close definitely a club vibe

I’ve been to this lounge/bar/club a couple of times and I am not impressed. The waitresses seem to only be concerned with serving men. The first two times I have been, I was with a group of women, and the waitresses took a very long time to come to the table. And once they did, they come to drop off your drinks and don’t come back. The one time I went with a group of males, the waitresses came constantly and you did not have to track one of them down.

All Star weekend: I've been doing events for 15 years and was scouting this place to bring a artist there , worse place ever this weekend. What they promoted was not what was going on, everyone just standing around . Ask a server or a bartender for a drink and they give you attitude like there not making money, food came out cold, chairs at the bar are not a good idea when you have a full house because you can't rotate people out to get drinks so be prepared to wait 20+ mins to get served. Bouncers was rude. If you are going to attempt to create a upscale place downtown make sure you do just that. A dressed code would bring a better crowd and a lot more money. I would not recommend this place.

This past Saturday 02/17/2024 of Indy’s All Star Weekend, I visited Hovito Ultra Lounge with my younger sister and her friends. While at this location, the security permitted my sister to enter the establishment with a closed 16 ounce water bottle. After roughly 1.5 to 2 hours of being at this location, the manger discovered that my sister had the water bottle near the restroom and asked her to leave. I briefly spoke with the manger and a female security guard about the situation to see if there was anything that we could do to remain at the establishment since we had all already paid $59 each to be here. The female security stated that there is no one else that we could speak to about the situation since we had already spoken to manger that was available for the night. My sister asked to go back to our table to collect her jacket and the manager and female security guard permitted us to do so. While retrieving all of our belongings, I opened my phone to attempt to call a Lyft to my home. Before I was even able to open the app, a black male security guard came to me and said “You can either leave now or I can make you leave”. I responded by saying “Excuse me? I’m just calling a ride”. Before I could look back down to my phone, the security guard grabbed me by my shoulder and spun me the opposite direction. ( I was initially facing the street/front windows of the lounge and he turned me to face the back of the lounge. This is the position I am in at the beginning of the attached video) I panicked and was extremely terrified and was continuously pushed out of the building by the male security guard. He pushed me into several people causing them to spill their drinks into my hair and eyes. I eventually ended up on the floor, twisted both of my ankles and lost control of my phone. My left ankle was swollen went I got home and I have 2-3 knots / bruises on my left arm and soiled hair. I MUST ADD THAT I WAS COMPLETELY SOBER DURING MY TIME AT THE THIS FACILITY!!! ALSO ALL Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers present REFUSED to speak with me after I asked 5-6 of them that we outside of the establishment. They all crowded in to talk to the security and manager and quite literally fanned me off. I will be filing a formal police report today. I have never been physically assaulted like this in my life and no one else deserves for this to happen. If anyone knows me personally you know this completely out of character for something like this to happen.

Horrible club with terrible management! Left customers who had paid for tickets outside in the freezing cold. Apparently they allowed people to pay cash at the door after the event was already sold out! The tickets were non-refundable and they didn’t offer to rectify the issue. A case of pure greed and classless behavior never again.

Over the weekend bouncers in the front were assaulting women! I was waiting for my friend to pay their admission and the bouncer said I wasn’t allowed to do that and proceeded to grab me up and push me into the next door. Left a bruise on my arm/leg. Police also were involved. Would not recommend going there for a girls night out.
