Great wine shop. Has wonderful tasting machines. You can select a one-ounce (or 3-oz or 5-oz sample) for a reasonable price. I do not like to buy wine without tasting it first. With about 20 choices available there everyday, you can find something to try. Originally, this was 5 stars after I went there the first time. I love the concept and the choices of wine. There are good wines in the machines to taste. However, customer service is abject. When I have gone, there is never more than 4 people in the store, yet it takes 10-15 minutes to get a glass to start tasting because of the rudeness of both the owner and the other man who sonetimes runs the store. They will be busy doing something when you arrive, and they will not take 10 seconds for you. Multi-tasking absolutely does not exist. In fact, I may not go back even though I really enjoy the tastings - when I eventually get to try them.

Never been here before so I figured I try it out with a friend! Walked in very clean place he greeted the woman I was with immediately ignoring me! I’m the one that wanted come here so I just look around. He serves her I walk to the bar top as soon as I see her with wine. So I wait and wait I’m literally looking at this man while he’s talking to wine and beer reps! Until another woman comes in and he jumps at attention and say oh sir did you want anything? I smile and ask him to cash me out.. Why would this man I believe to be the owner treat a person that wanted to give him my money. I don’t like to say this but I’m questioning if it is my race? I don’t live life like that but I’m racking my brain why??????

I was tasked with bringing the wine for Thanksgiving dinner, a hard pairing with all the side dishes. Owner was very helpful and everyone at dinner raved about the choices--some fun& festive, some high-end and wonderful

I Went there for wine tasting Thursday. $15 for 5 samples of good wine was actually a good deal. Very generous portions and very helpful description of each wine. The best part is that you don’t have to spend the entire tasting in front of the associate. You can grab a table, sit and relax and go for the each sample at your own pace.

Great way to sample wine and engage in conversation. Daughters birthday and she wanted to experience a picnic inside and test a few family fan favorite wines. Service was great, nice atmosphere, with decent prices and daily specials.
