I will say this is the best restaurant in the United staates

It's absolutely worth the wait

So upset I didn't go sooner!!! Only visitng SF for a short time. Everything was spectacular! From the table side salad, carving of our prime rib, dessert, wine selection , service, atmosphere.....loved it!! A must go!

Food great, environment a little noisy

Been here thrice, the steak has been consistently great, the sides and salad always delicious, and the service impeccable. What surprised me was that their desserts (strawberry cheesecake and tiramisu) were really good as well! Best steak house I've been to (so far)! 5 out of 5.

One of the OG San Francisco restaurants, it's still quite good and definitely enough to share. Ask for your prime rib seared if you like it more toasted, and you can get corn as a side if you don't like the creamed spinach, which is honestly more bacon than it is spinach

Super friendly wait staff and really didn’t gloss over our kids. I appreciate that. Makes taking the family just a little less stressful. The kids portion is just right. Plan ahead reservation is difficult. Look at least 3 months ahead.
