House of Pizza

This is the 2nd time we have been to this location. We went back a second time even after a bad experience the first time because we like the food. The waitstaff is super nice and it’s not their fault. However, it’s a poorly run business that could and could be so much better. We had a party of 11. The hostess wasn’t interested in trying to seat us together and told us it would be a 20 min wait. We then went back and said it was ok to sit a 2 tables that were next to each other anyway. Then we waited several minutes for drinks and several minutes in between each time the waitress came to the table. They forget a meatball sandwich but it didn’t arrive until after 1 and a half pizzas were consumed, so at that point forget it. They didn’t. This was the second time a piece of the meal had been omitted. The giant pizza we ordered wasn’t even cut all the way through. I asked if there was a manager to speak to and I was told there is no manager in the business right now. It’s Saturday afternoon. I really just wanted to give the feedback to the manager about how disorganized and chaotic that place is and there is nobody there to help navigate these issues in the moment. No apologies to be given and no accountability for a poorly run business.

Pizza is good. Service is fast. If you like thin crust, this is the place. Wings were slightly overcooked. Parking: Good luck finding a spot . Lot fills up.

Food was cold! Hamburger was dry. Meatball sandwich had no taste and pizza was blah. Service wasn't great either. Will not be returning.
