This is such a fun and unique dessert place! I loved watching them make them from start to finish. They tasted delicious and looked amazing. I would recommend 10/10
Between the terrible parking and the very slow service I would rate this a "maybe" definitely not a date night special. The long wait had me asking the barber shop next door to let my son use the bathroom.
Just like everyone else I’ve been wanting to try house of chimney! But the service was so bad I had to leave. The girl working never acknowledged me and my family when we entered which isn’t a big deal but she had her phone blasting on speaker! Her tia was yelling at her over the phone and I understand if she was having a family emergency but that was never communicated to us. We waited over 10 minutes to be acknowledged and that never happened. We tried going back after walking around and she was still on her phone!! Other people were waiting at this point and they said she hadn’t told them anything as well. I don’t mind the wait just say something
Fun and delicious treat. The pastry cone is a great upgrade to the traditional ice cream. The best part is all the amazing creations and variations of flavors , textures and sweets they combine. A must visit when in Anaheim.
Unfortunately it was my first and last time there. Was excited to try. The customer service was not welcoming. Person did not speak or made people feel welcomed. Ordered the tiramisu and it was really bad. The ice cream vanilla soft serve tasted like spoiled milk. Very sour smelled funny and made the whole inside of the cake taste very bad. Not worth the $10.00
drove 25 minutes from irvine because the hours were open until 9. we tried to walk in at 7:40 and it was locked and she shook her head at us through the window. disappointed we drove for this :(
