NEW OWNERSHIP. CLOSED TEMPORARILY Small classy bread shop with options for excellent sandwiches. I ordered the Tuna salad with squaw bread. With Holidays and Birthdays coming up, I never want to enter a house with empty hands. A popular choice.

The 3 star is for price. I purchased sourdough loaf and pumpkin cranberry loaf for nearly $20. They are good but not for a price of $10 per item.

I am a sandwich carnivore. House of Bread is literally the BEST sandwich place is the San Fernando Valley. Every single ingredient is so fresh & the sandwiches are outstanding. My two go-to’s are the Cranky Turkey and the Veggie Delight. The ladies who work there are so very friendly and the shop is always so clean and inviting.

Best bread in the Valley. The apple and the cinnamon swirl bread are soooo delicious!
