The staff is not friendly, they don't greet customers upon entry, and this is the third time I got my bagel untoasted . Not going back there again.

It's been 25 yrs I haven't been to house of begals.....omg they have the best begals in the world....I miss them when I I left after school at homestead high.....I wish they came out here to Ohio....anywho I'm a begal and donut baker at Dunkin but Dunkin got nothing on house ofbegals.....I wish I had some begals from u guys
